Marieta Żukowska at Polsat's TV Schedule Presentation – secrets of the new Beetles collection

The season of TV shows and presentations of autumn schedules is always a special time in the media world. For us, the Beetles team, this year's Polsat TV autumn schedule was doubly important. All thanks to Marieta Żukowska – an actress, style icon, who promoted the series "ZDRADA" (BETRAYAL) at the Polsat schedule presentation, in which she plays one of the main roles.

And the styling was complemented by the "HERMES" earring. Today we can officially announce: it was not a coincidence, but a thoughtful, extremely personal announcement of a new jewelry collection, on which we have been working together for the last few months at Beetles.shop

As the Beetles brand, we have always focused on authenticity. Our jewelry is not made in impersonal factories – it is born from passion, conversations, and the personal needs of modern women. It is handcrafted. Marieta Żukowska, as a co-owner, takes an active part in every stage of creating the collection: from the first sketches, through the selection of materials, to testing the finished prototypes on herself.

"When creating the new line, we focused on making the jewelry visible, artistic, but at the same time comfortable. We are extremely happy that HERMES despite its size, is ultra-light" – the sisters reveal.

The premiere at Polsat's program schedule presentation was a moment of great pride for us. It showed that Beetles fashionable women's jewelry can perfectly fit into the glare of flashes, while maintaining a unique, artisanal character. When designing this unique model, we sought inspiration in timeless classics and ancient symbolism.

The shape of the earring and its incredible lightness are a direct reference to the wings of Hermes from Greek mythology – the messenger of the gods, who moved at the speed of wind. These subtle, sculptural lines formed in silver are meant to remind us of the freedom, dynamism, and strength that were his domain and lie dormant within each of us.

Hermes is a deity of Greek mythology, depicted as a young man, a traveler, wearing a cap with wings. Hermes symbolizes speed and the ability to move freely between the worlds of mortals and gods. Hermes is also the messenger of the gods, the god of trade, thieves, travelers, and a guide to the Underworld.

The biggest challenge when designing this particular model, which Marieta wore during the promotion of "ZDRADA", was to break the age-old compromise between size and comfort. Often, large, impressive statement earrings are simply too heavy to wear for many hours.

The Hermes earring is meant to captivate with its form, but also to be light as the wind.

Thanks to many trials and the application of advanced jewelry techniques, we managed to achieve this effect. The model, which you can admire in the photo from the program schedule presentation, has a deep structure and refers to the wings of the mythological Hermes.

Despite its striking dimensions, its weight is practically imperceptible. Marieta spent the entire evening in it – giving interviews, posing for photos, and talking to the media – and as she admits, she completely forgot she was wearing it.

The presented earring is just a preview of the whole story we will tell you this autumn. The upcoming collection will be full of contrasts – you will find organic shapes inspired by nature, geometric lines, and forms that blur the line between jewelry and modern art.
